Ampro burner AP-WOB980-A is designed to be very energy efficient and environment friendly. It can burn wide verity of fuels ranging from 90 weight gear oil to #2 fuel oil. This range of course includes waste / used engine oil and vegetable oil (please remember that synthetic oils and solvents can’t be burned - only petrol based oils / fuels). Fully automatic patented computerized control of burning process utilizes unique combustion technology (state patent No. 200520000333.0).

Ampro burner uses a special nozzle to burn and inject fuels evenly by using primary air. The fuel obtains satisfactory atomization at the air pressure level starting as low as 7 PSI / 0.05 MPa. Use of primary air allows to lower energy consumption and decrease noise level since nothing else (no additional equipment / devices) is needed.

The burner uses cyclone and straight-through flow at the same time. It allows fully mix fuel with air. The cyclone flow also causes hot flue gas to reflow greatly improving the stability of the flame. All of these make combustion process very efficient, completely burning the mix. Complete burning ensures very low emission reducing pollution as much as possible, making Ampro burners environment-friendly complying with the most respective regulations.

Full automatic control of air supply, fuel injection, combustion, stopping and starting processes allows Ampro burner to meet rigorous safety requirements. Burner stops automatically if any potential risks are identified.

Ampro burner has flange which allows its easy installation and adjustment in place on the combustion chamber of a heater, boiler and the like. Blast pipe on the burner head can be adjusted by sliding it in or out of the flange to position it properly. Power supply cords have standard connectors (115 V / 220 V on a 20 A circuit) hence connecting is self explanatory and does not require anything special to be done. Air supply line has quick-disconnect fittings. Placing of the fuel feeding hose to the barbed fitting on the bottom side of the tank cover is straight forward and does not require any special skills or tools.

Ampro burner was designed with ease of routine maintenance in mind. It is very convenient for the key elements to be dismantled, cleaned and changed if needed. There are no wear parts and consumables which keeps maintenance and usage costs considerably low.
