Custom Designed Models Are Available To Fit Your Specific Requirements Bolt Together Assembly

AmPro Shinemaster Spray Booths are constructed of quality materials and manufactured to exacting standards. Designed for extended service and high production requirements, while providing the correct environment to produce the finest quality finishes. Non Reclaim Powder Spray Booths are designed to efficiently remove airborne paint particles and harmful vapor (overspray) from the working area of the spray booth. The design mimics the air flow of a down draft booth without having to construct a floor pit. This reduces the overall cost and installation time. The high efficiency air filtration system produces the cleanest work environment and the finest of finishes. Units are designed to conform to NFPA and OSHA regulations, and are ETL and SBCCI listed and approved.

• Construction Booths are constructed of 18 gauge G90 grade galvanized sheet metal panels. Panels are manufactured with 2" rolled flanges and 1/2" back rolled flanged and punched on 6" centers for bolt together assembly using 1/4"-20 hex head bolts and nuts zinc plated Grade 5. Panels are manufactured using automated CMC machinery for size and hole accuracy. Standard tube acrylic caulking is supplied to seal seams. • Exhaust System Exhaust system uses low dBA. tubeaxial exhaust fans, complete with TEFC electric motor, 208/230/460 volt 3 phase (single phase motor optional). Fans are designed with a streamlined belt tunnel and non sparking blades. Fan housing is iron phosphate processed steel with an acrylic epoxy paint finish. A cast iron sheave is factory installed. AmPro's exclusive 20" x 20" x 2" filter frame assemblies with integral mounted filter grids are supplied. • Filtration 2 stage filtration is used on our Non Reclaim Powder Booths. Filtration consists of a 20" x 20" x 1" fiberglass pre filter and 20" x 20" x 1" pleated filter. The pre filter captures 40 to 60% of the oversprayed powder and the pleated filter captures the balance. For higher volume applications a bag type filter is used in place of the pleated filter.

• Custom Design Options Non Reclaim Powder Booths can be custom designed to fit your specific requirements. The width, height and working depths can be changed. Conveyor openings are available, along with such options as from mounted filter doors and air input plenums. Filter media can also be changed to accommodate higher volume applications, along with a third stage filtration section which can include HEPA filters. • Lighting Booths are equipped with roof mounted 40 watt 4 tube fluorescent lighting fixtures (less tubes). All lighting fixtures are UL listed.
