• Great Lift - Great Features

  • New safety release interconnect - due to our old design constantly working itself loose, we now use a heat treated sleeve and drill through the 2 steel rods and fasten the 3 pieces with bolts.(pictures 7-8) The old safety release rod design used 2 jam nuts and one coupler bolt that constantly worked loose and caused the 1/4" end linkage to bend.(This troublesome design is still widely used in the lift industry)

  • Picture 10 in the gallery is very important, it shows our New Pulley Axle Locking Feature. Due to an occasional call regarding a pulley axle bending or an axle working its way loose, we decided to add a locking mechanism that holds the axle stationary rather than loose in the crossrail. This change, we feel, will extend the life of the cross rail (no ovalling) and save the pulley bushings as well as the pulley and cable.

  • New Two Sided Pulley and Safety Latch covers.(pictures 3-5) We actually drill and tap our cross beams to make installation and removal a snap- We are the first company offering this feature!Pulley and latch covers are a must for making sure no fingers or clothing get caught in mechanism during lifting.

  • New Approach Ramps, due to our old design (basically a piece of diamond plate with 3 bends) caving in under weight, we decided to start with 5 pieces of steel and fillet weld the parts together - not a big deal but 4 times the labor and cost on our end. The Best part is they are free with the lift!
