It can be at times very difficult to determine whether or not their prices include freight. Be an informed shopper and deal with a company giving you all the information up front. We are telling you up front if we included shipping into our prices or not. In most cases the prices for our 2 and 4 post lifts as well as for Frame Straightening Equipment DO NOT include shipping. If you place an Internet order please expect someone from our organization to be calling you with a freight rate which is shopped with all the different freight carriers we utilize. Almost all of our competitors inflate their freight rates. Our rates are always actual and never inflated.

There will be no additional shipping charges added to your order unless you specifically request additional services outside the normal spectrum of delivery.

A normal delivery is to a business with a loading dock and a fork lift to unload the product. If the product is being delivered to a residence this is not a problem as long as you very clearly understand that you are responsible for getting the product from the back of the truck to the ground. Our customer care specialists can help you coordinate any shipment that you feel is not within your ability to handle and we will suggest the best way for you to accept your delivery.

Amongst the various ways are liftgate delivery (which may not apply to all products because of size), Picking the product up at the closest trucking terminal (which may be better for you if you have a trailer or some other way to accept the product. The trucking terminal may be able to load it right on to your pick up truck or trailer. Many of our customers have simply enlisted the help of a few strong friends and off loaded their product one piece at a time. Whatever the case may be, there is always a solution. Rest assured that your situation is not unique and we have successfully dealt with it many times before.

Best possible rates always

If you are ordering multiple products you may be able to get an even better price due to the fact that the shipping sometimes goes down if multiple products can be delivered to one location. Also due to the fact that we are working with several trucking companies we may get a better rate for your specific location from one of them.

If the product DOES NOT specify shipping amount, "FREE SHIPPING" or "DELIVERED" please call for a freight quote or, if you already placed your order for such product please expect one of our shipping specialist to contact you to discuss your shipping details.

Out of country deliveries

If the item is going overseas or out of the country please call for a shipping quote. We regularly ship to all parts of the World so feel free to call us for anything you may need.
