The AG SUPER 52 L is the outcome of Corghi’s years of experience of the heavy tire changer sector, combining exceptional performance with excellent value for money: which explains why it is the best selling model in our range.This automatic tire changer is ideal for truck, coach, agricultural and earth moving equipment tires. Operation is electro-hydraulic and the controls are mounted on a low voltage mobile unit.The two-speed, bi-directional hydraulic turntable features the best design and materials and ensures optimal wheel locking during clamping, bead breaking and tire de-mounting. The tool arm moves along the base to facilitate tool positioning during operation.The tool mount, in nodular cast iron, is equipped with an overhanging bead breaker disk on tapered roller bearings for long life and smooth running. The special disk shape has been designed for optimal penetration between the edge of the rim and the bead; the outer hemispherical profile is designed to avoid damaging the tire The tool used is fully tested and has an effective protective coating.
