The Airforce 625 is a portable plasma arc cutter that can produce a 5/8 inch quality cut and has loads of features that make your cutting needs a breeze. Rated cut of 1/2 in (steel) at 10 in per minute. Can sever 7/8 in with new consumables and proper technique. The ICE-40C torch is ergonomically designed to increase comfort, and the safety trigger prevents accidental starts. Pilot Arc Controller improves tip life and maintains uninterrupted cutting.

Air Plasma Cutting process Fan-on-Demand cooling system operates when needed, reducing the amount of airborne dust/dirt pulled through the unit. Power factor correction draws 30% less amperage than the competition for the same cutting range, and expands operator's work area via extension cords while minimizing nuisance trips caused by voltage drops. Compatible with engine-driven welders - capable of cutting of cutting 3/8 to 5/8 in mild steel when powered by an engine-driven welder with 240 V generator power outlet of 8 kW or more. Starts without high frequency - will not interfere with or damage controls or computers. LVC line voltage compensation provides peak performance power under variable input voltage conditions (176-264 V) for steady cuts and cleaner ending cuts. 5-3-1 Warranty.
